Sightseeing boats around the Island, which sail once a day, depart with passengers who are not bell-shaped.

Ships that were active during the season are tied to ropes and unloading anchors until next summer.

 Sea turtles are protected by a fence over a total length of 14km under the pressure of nature conservation groups.

It seems that the sea turtles in the Mediterranean have been swimming around in this sea for 200 million years.

Sea turtles remember their hometown even after decades and return to their birthplace for spawning (June-August).

Sea turtles go up to the beach at night and spawn.
During the day, they are threatened by
crushing eggs at the tip of tourists' beach umbrellas.

The beach is by no means beautiful among the
many in the world.
The town itself feels noisy and cheesy.
We left the tourist town early.

The Island's largest beach, Laganas, should be crowded with tourists enjoying the sun,

but it is quiet in October.
I was expecting a nudist, but I couldn't find one anywhere.

Unfortunately, I didn't even have to remove the lens lid.

In the harbor, a building that did not collapse even after a big earthquake is enshrined as a saint in various languages of fishermen.

The same problem in every country is the balance between tourism development and nature maintenance.
It has been taken up as a future issue in many tourist destinations.
During my stay on the Island, I didn't see any of the "sea turtles" I expected.
