In the Nakazaki town neighborhood, the renovation of the row-houses has been carried out and people who are opening cafes, restaurants and shops are increasing in numbers.
A thing with the neighborhood and a cheap rent is also one of the reasons from Umeda, Osaka.
The air with which an old wooden house stands in a row captures the heart of the young men who like a retrospective sense, and camera in one hand also has many people immersed in the sightseeing feeling.
Neither the organization nor the individual is necessarily promoting the town renaissance, and especially this town is sending the color with original people who moved to the row-houses.
Calm time for expressing one's life style, and is also a deep thing in this town that flows and dies.

If you walk 10 minutes, you will be at Osaka Station and Umeda Station.
Naturally the business which took the geographical advantage are produced.

If you sets foot in between buildings, the scenery of the row-houses which has not changed from prewar days.
The place where the simple row-houses face each other across the narrow way is residents' private space.
Pots plants , bicycles, etc are placed in front and it is photogenic.

It is a wonderful town where the past and the present age cross, and is also a popular date spot.

Kita-ku, Osaka-shi and the Nakatsu area

Various business exist under the JR loop line.

One in it is the Nakatsu area.

It is the town which is located one stop from Umeda and is looked down on from the cluster of high-rise buildings.
Ravages of war and development have escaped, even now, a row-house and an alley constitute rows of houses, and the air of Showa is drifting.

Showa 18 came to Oyodo Ward and is now part of Kita Ward since Heisei 1.
The neighborhood in Nakatsu 3-chome is an area which has not suffered damage from the Second World War.
The rows of houses which consist of buildings the old way are tasteful.

A store and a curious cafe are under a train line (around Hankyu Nakatsu station) has a warm hearted feeling.

One shop has the interior of an American antique.
The goods which they buy from the United States are placed around and give a feeling from an old U.S. movie.
