 By the time I learned the name of "Kefalonia", which I didn't even know the name of, the scheduled week had passed.

I will head to Japan tomorrow without knowing what will happen in the future.

I headed to the airport early in the morning, remembering the taste of the many Greek dishes I ate on the Island.
